WiFi keeps dropping

Hi my WiFi keeps dropping on all of our devices, sometimes it will be ok for a few hours other times it’s constantly cutting on and off, I’ve also noticed speeds are really slow when testing my broadband on a wireless connection, I’ve tried using 2 channels a 5GHz and a 2.4GHz and a new hub and the problem still persists. Wired connections seem to be ok and good speeds. The broadband has been fine up until now. Could it be the Openreach modem? Please help!

I’ve been told it’s congestion and to rescan my wireless channels, which I have done when they suggested during the evening (peak times) this still hasn’t solved my issues with the WiFi I’m lucky to be getting 14Mbps, speeds and the WiFi drops seem worse upstairs and I’m using 2 WiFi extenders. I have a spare extender and ruled out the other extenders one at a time and it’s  made no difference.
I’ve also noticed that multiple devices that are connected will only show up in the hub manager and not in the app. All wired devices are good.

@Hydecrossy You may just have to put a wifi analyzer on to take a look at what is around your home connections wise from other nearby Hubs etc, peak time connection can be an issue if others jump about as well... You can only rule out the Extenders by switching them off altogether, concentrating on the Hub and seeing that when you are close to it speeds work and your wireless wifi there works well.

I get the same error but don't have any internet issues, I am aware of. I contacted EE and they run a test and said it was working properly, so assume it is misreported.  It says check the cables which are perfect and then you can call an engineer but why would I do this without identifying a problem?
