WiFi extender guarantee

We have a WiFi extender 7 plus and full fibre 150.

our main router is at the front of the house downstairs so have to switch the extender between the back of the house and upstairs to get coverage there but we never seem to have full coverage throughout the house.

how do we get an additional extender ?

@StephenRyan You call EE customer service and explain what you have found with the operation, and see if you can get another extender sent to use. Not sure if the 7 Plus version carries the guarantee 6 Plus does not but below is the link and additional info to prove or best just move the Plus hub central to better your wifi signal.
