I booked an engineer to come round as my rabbits nibbled my power cables so I just need some replacements. I have just had a text to say an engineer is on his way but I have no way to tell him I am not there

Yes I booked it for today as it was the only time I may have been available. However I made it very clear I will not be home untill 15:00. I understand they cannot give you a direct time so knew there would be a chance I would miss them but I received a text at 13:15 saying one was on their way I have no way to contact them to tell them not to bother as I am not in.
My working hours are the same as the booking slots

@Katie0399 : The OR Broadband (not WiFi) eng won't touch your power cables. He's there for the BB.
