I've recently got EE broadband and I can't use the WiFi controls I've rebooted the modem and deleted and re-installed the app but all it does is says is installing update and never goes off that page for me to use it

@Duttz1 When recently did you get it, what was you go live active date... Are you on android, latest version is 5.39.0. Is your EE ID working ok and you can get to your account?

16th April 24 I got it and everything is up to date and working and I can get to my account but just can't get passes then installing update page

@Duttz1 Do you use the read barcode on the card option when trying to set up the app?

I open the EE app log in go to manage click broadband then set up WiFi controls then stays installing updates will take around 10mins can be over a hour later or more and never gets off that page

Also if I go to the manage page and click broadband at top on the app says page can't be displayed

@Duttz1 Do you know what the current version of the app you are on, was a new release last couple of day's?

@Duttz1 See if the linked post can help you, i did disagree with some of the info, some have been successful after pin reset of hub and going fresh, but the app has to get a lot of info from the hub regarding all previous current connections so not sure were it is falling down. For me i would just start it off, lay the phone next to the router and see were it goes. Not sure if i am fortunate, but never had any issues with the app apart from i think that it is the most stupid way to go for controlling a router.
