WiFi broadband

Hello I’m in desperate need of help. I am literally up to my end width with this Wi-Fi company. I never have no service in the small flat I am living it. I am paying £33 a month for Wi-Fi that  is terribly awful.

the Wi-Fi occasionally works on my phone but never on my TV it will work on the TV and then immediately cut out. I’ve just bought my TV brand-new. There is nothing wrong with my TV. the Wi-Fi will work on my phone iPad but every time I try and watch a film, I cannot watch nothing and every time I try and do anything the never works.

how can I get the Wi-Fi to be properly connected to all device devices in my home when I’m already paying £33 a month? It should automatically all work together  I’ve had enough of this and I’m literally getting sick of it. I need my Wi-Fi to start working or I will be cancelling all of my plans

I have done the reboot and everything else. It does not do anything. The Wi-Fi is still terrible. Any advice would be much appreciated

@Paige_prior_ Please start by saying what you have from EE Hub and Package wise? If you are not sure the link below gives the current EE Hubs in use.

@Paige_prior_  Is the router close to the TV ?  If is you need to move it. The TV could be the cause of the problem with poor WiFi signal.  TVs are electric devices and can course WiFi signal problems.  The router ideally shouldn’t be next to any other electrical equipment.
