WiFi Controls not working or not working correctly

Can someone please help, WiFi controls either don't show on app or they don't work. 

WiFi enhancer does not load .

Setting groups or controls does not work, registered devices do not show. 

Can't test speed.

I cant control my wifi all i want is to set time controls to stop my teens being up all night

Multiple sources were told by agents including me that an official fix is due to be rolled out on 25th let’s hope this works otherwise there will be violence 😹

@DeenaC Real old post, but yes it does happen from time to time and if EE are doing maintenance systems wise.

Hi, anyone found a solution to this problem? Please help, I  can not control my sons computer and fear he is on it at night tome, can anyone help there? I am paying for this privilege.

@DeenaC NO, best you call EE CS and deal that way, also use the help for Parental Controls you will need that without a doubt.
