WiFi 7 extenders

I recently joined EE with the wifi 7 smart hub pro and a smart wifi pro extender. the agent in the ee store I would be getting 2 extenders but I only had 1 sent. Should I have got sent this or did the agent make a mistake?

You can up to 3 in total, 1 at a time, but you need to call CS to explain that you are not getting at least 100 Meg all over - see
