Wi-Fi hotspot

Was a BT customer and have been xfered over to EE for Broadband and Mobile services. I used to be able to pick up EE Wi-Fi hotspots and log in using BT credentials but now the system prevents me from logging in using my EE credentials. Spent hours on the help desk phone line (even told that they don’t exist in my area, but my device finds them!). The log in screen just keeps refreshing when I try. Others in this group have similar issues. Apparently it works when you choose the option to pay!! Anyone had this problem resolved yet?

Yes, you should be able to use EE WiFi using your EE a/c creds.

Without stating the obvious - I know I should be able to connect - my issue is that I can’t connect and nobody at EE knows how to correct the issue.

You have to 'opt in' not that it will do you any good because if you do the system will only opt you out again as soon as you leave the page.

It's here if you want to try it:
