Broadband installed on 11th. App downloaded that day. Not managed to pause WiFi or make groups. Just says ‘not available’
Rang customer support. Transferred to 6 different people. No one any idea. One talked me through the app, then told me to click ‘family’ at the bottom but didn’t exist.
looked up similar issues on this group. Most are from last year. Is there a fix? Or shall I just cancel while I’m in cooling off period?
controls were only reason we switched.

@Tombroch What version of the EE app are you using, and what EE Router is it connecting too!
