Wi-Fi Controls not Working

Hi, got my broadband installed on 30th Nov. I could access WiFi controls on the EE app. 4th Dec I added the WiFi enhancer add on which can be access through the WiFi controls menu but the enhancer won’t load. I was told to wait 48 hrs. After that period till to date I get the error which I have attached. It’s saying I can’t access WiFi controls because I’m not connected to WiFi even though I am. Please help. EE phone customer service is just running me in circles. I have the smart hub plus.

Hi all I just switch provider for the enhance Wi-Fi game mode while I’m sharing internet with my flat mate but it's seems not working at all and I don't find the point for pay extra bucks and to change provider if I don’t have this option and reading in here it’s seems a issue for many since months , I’m honestly considering to switch to hyperoptic that at least I got more than double of the speed

havingbexactly this issue. It’s so frustrating and time consuming. Please can someone from EE DM me to let me know how to fix this issue. My kids are having a field day. 

Parental controls were so simple with BT.

My honest answer would be not to bother with WiFi enhancer. Once you do get it added, the app is horrifically slow and you will notice at times that it’s dropped off your account again. The amount of times I have discovered that WiFi enhancer has disappeared is ridiculous. Unless you are prepared to check the app daily then it’s a waste. I’m paying for something that may or may not be active. Don’t even start me on what happens when you try and reactivate (it’s logs a fault with your broadband which prevents you from adding it until the ‘fault’ is fixed. Usually another week).

@Michael_D Its fantastic that you advise @Nicmc77 to ring up tech guides. Honestly don’t waste your time or energy they can’t fix it. EE have had this issue since October last year. It’s still ongoing to this very day. EE are a complete joke the app is so broken with many still complaining about it on here weekly. The fact I was allowed to leave free of charge when out of my 14 day cooling off period in March. Was a godsend the amount of hours phoning in to get this fixed was ridiculous. I’m completely shocked that this is still happening to customers to this day many months after I left. EE should be ashamed of themselves. My honest opinion ring up make a complaint and get out of your contract because EE can’t supply you the service you’re paying for. I wish you well 🤙🏻
