Why is it taking so long to get a broadband/landline

Hello so the problem is that I made an order for broadband/landing (wifi) I am waiting from 9 of April and when I check the tracking order option it says that they will come on 13 of June I was just wondering if anyone else have been waiting for that long

I waited from the 12th of December and didn’t get activated till the 10th of April and now being told I’m not due comp!!!!
