Hi @Josh1888

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you recently upgraded your BT account and moved to EE? Have you had an email or letter to let you know you have an EE account?

If not and you have not requested to change to EE, please get in touch with our broadband guides and they can get this looked into for you and help you further.

Thanks very much.

Leanne.

Sorry everyone I have just seen it's because my bt broadband and bt is now partnerships with we I understand now thanks

@Josh1888 Think you understand NOT, EE is not BT, your BT account may be closed and you are now moved over to EE for your broadband service and anything else that is required to be done at the same time, you don't have an EE account if you are a BT customer there is NO NEED for one, simple!
