Why didn't I get a 10 to 40 day reminder that my broadband contract was about to end

Welcome to the community,

This is a reminder that your minimum term is coming to an end, and you are able to upgrade, but if you want to keep it at a lower price, then you just need to start a new contract, otherwise the price could go up.

Sorry just re-read it, do you mean you did not get a reminder or you did?

@SNG   have EE got your correct email address? Have you been getting any emails from them?

Have you checked your junk mail folder?

Alas no one on here has account access so all we can do is asl or make suggestions.

If you call the Broadband Care Team they should be able to let you know if and when a reminder was sent out.
