Why EE?

Ok - I know this is a EE Community but I am going to put the question out there.

Why should I keep my broadband with EE?

Background - contract is up with EE and I am looking around - monthly prices from Sky are the same for Broadband and TV (+/- £1) but I can get 5000Mbps with Sky vs 900 Mbps with EE - ok 900Mbps is more than enough but I always like overdoing things.  Also I always wanted to upgrade my Broadband with EE but cannot go higher than 900Mbps package with TV and EE don't seem to be sorting this out / changing this.

Sky seems to win on TV so Broadband is the decider for me (I cannot help but think maybe it is just time for a change.)

Hi @Herbhead

It is your choice if your contract is up.

You'll probably get a new customer deal with Sky as well.

Thanks

Yes £130

@Herbhead Take it you are in a CF CityFibre area, and are aware of what it takes to get anywhere near the 5Gb/s symmetrical speed in the least!

@JimM11

Yes we are in a City Fibre area.  As for the the other bit can you explain a bit more (and keep it simples for the untrained).

I do have a voice in my head saying '5000 is not a guarantee'
