Cancelled contract and payment is still taken

I have called to cancel a contract and EE still took the payment . Who should I contact

@FrustratedEE26  You give 30 days notice to terminate so if your bill is produced in this 30 days you’ll paid it and be refunded any over payment. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@FrustratedEE26 That will be EE Accounts, good luck doing it, and keep at it especially if you are no longer a customer, but keep your DD open for any refunds that you will need a manager to approve and apply! Once billing is in the pipeline there is no stopping it!
