Where is EE support??

BW4202
Explorer

Having been sold full fibre and persuaded to move landline to digital at the the first test EE are found wanting. BT landline on copper work in power cuts, BT broadband worked when power came back.

We have no broadband, EE support is closed during one of the worst storms this decade and mobile service failed.

Net result impossible to contact help.

Please reinstate copper landline until you have a robust network in rural Herefordshire.

@BW4202   not sure why you think support is closed, the gollowing help page gives ways of getting in touch and getting your line tested.  https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline

Changing from BT to EE has not made a difference as to how your line recovers. And you have no choice regarding your analogue line, the old PSTN network is closing, you can however ask for a Battery Backup solution.

I disagree waiting times for EE are longer than BT in common with most organisations who "value" the customer.

And the point I made was EE support was closed during the night and because the EE mobile network has failed too (we had 3 x fully charged mobiles as back up) we couldn't even go online to use the bot .

So EE community star, EE get 2/10 and a 45 min wait to call is appalling.
