Am asked for this when trying to link new broadband account to existing mobile - have entered every ‘account’ number I can find but none accepted!

@19Chickens63 : Your BB a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out. If you did nor get a Welcome To BB email, are you sure you are not on mobile BB?
