Am asked for this when trying to link new broadband account to existing mobile - have entered every ‘account’ number I can find but none accepted!

If you're still in time to change back to BT then save yourself a load of trouble and do so. The tech guides know as much about this problem as an elephant knows about sharks, dolphins and whales. EE take your money and can't even show a bill for what they are taking your money for. They say it's a limited problem but just a quick search online shows that many, many people are having the same treatment from EE. They clearly just care about getting their money and do not give a damn about how customers feel or even about trying to remedy their bad treatment of customers.

I asked to move back on Friday but told that this would not be possible!! I am as we speak YET AGAIN on hold to EE this service is beyond shocking! I am very quickly running out of patience.

EE is the most difficult phone and broadband company I have ever been with. Even the app is a headache. Can’t find anything

Welcome to the EE Community
Your billing account number can be found along the top of your bills, do you have access to your bills via your online account? If it is your broadband account number you need you should be able to get this from your original order confirmation e-mail also.
