Where can I register My interest in satellite broadband

The EE Satellite Broadband page has the “Register your interest” section missing the actual registration form. I've checked the page several times, and other customers are being sent to the same page. Can EE please provide a working registration link or fix the form? I want to register my interest in the Starlink broadband pilot.

I have already asked this on someone else's post and got no reply from EE, But from another member with link to same page.

Hi Jim, That's the same page you sent me to before, there is no where on that page that says register interest
