@rj32775601   what have you ordered, and when?

A router is normally dispatched a few days before you are due to go live.

If you have ordered full fibre unless you already have an ONT then Openreach will need to be sceduled to install that and the new fibre.

@rj32775601  EE will send  you an email about when is on its way to you.   What’s included will be the router and anything else you ordered.
