So I have recently moved from Virgin to EE 1.6GBS service.
Everything is fine I get 1690mbs down and 113up
The issue I have is the Video call quality on WhatsApp is shocking and keeps saying poor connection despite my phone getting 900mbs over Wifi.. I have tried the EE router and my Asus AX6000 and getting the same issue..
I have also tried it on different phones too and get the same issue..
I don't have the issue on my Virgin connection which I currently still have

Same boat. I just switched to EE from Virgin. Did you find any solution?

@axjx Won't be the same boat as the posted user due to the timescale and the equipment that was in use then, assume that you are on the EE Pro router and are you using any off the smart wireless extenders! VM do not offer that service unless you happened to be in a XGSPON area and using the 2Gb/s speed?
