@Ma133a So that is the fault, either software address to the ONT, or physical back at the exchange, FLASHING GREEN is BAD, once it goes solid green you are good to go, it maybe fixed externally, but mostly OR Engineer visit, along with the person doing system rebuild remotely conversing with each other, you could try ONT powered off, when it goes back on you MUST get a steady green PON Light.

EE CS are the only ones that can tell you what is going on and what is going to happen....

@Ma133a Have OR completed the outside and inside FF install, what is the current state of the ONT lights, is the PON flashing Green? SASA is an openreach term for the assignment of Ports/splitters and how the get the fibre signal to you and assigned port software with ONT information, so either software assigned screwed up or physical fibre messed up but that is way more unusual event but can happen.

They just don't let any tom **bleep** or harry play with the Fibre in the OR Exchange, specialist level engineers get to do all that.

The PON light is always flashing green and the interior installation in my flat seems to have been completed. That is all really I know.

@Ma133a Good that you are now up and running, the SASA meaning for OR speak is (( splitter array sub-assembly )) that will fill in should anyone ask again, do take a note off your ONT lights mobile picture is good so you can reference if you need to in the future.👍
