@MPF1 Have you tried switching the router off for 30 seconds and then restarting it ? What colour is the light on the router. ? Have you spoken to customer support about this ?

Thank you for the reply. Hub is a constant orange. Have switched it off for 60 seconds etc and back on a few times.
I talked to EE this morning and they indicated there was a problem in the area which was due to be resolved at 10.45am.
