I will admit I find the EE app pretty useless .. I login in, and every time I select an option it asks me to login again ....
What I need to know is what Broadband Package am I on ?
I looked at statement, it says " Full Fibre Gigabit All Rounder" which does not align with terms such at 500GB etc.

@Posiedon , No, you're on twice as fast! 1 Gigabit = 1000Mb.
Where you get the term "500GB"? Either no BB is yet that fast or you're looking at data capacity, not speed.

That hasn't helped though ....
Where in the App can I find the BB plan that I am on, even the bill does not say.
