Fibre broadband disruption

Jaydell
Visitor

Hi, I live on a remote island which has just had fibre broadband connectivity installed.  This has been damaged and most of the island including myself are left without any connection.  I am using my 4G and my children are using their hotspot to access gaming and connecting with friends etc.  I am concerned about my bill.  I cannot log on to check this, or pay my most recent bill due to the site being down.  I have been told that the major fault with the broadband may not be fixed for some time and compensation is due. I also need to find out how to pay my bill?

@Jaydell : Why can't you pay your bill via your EE a/c? It is not down.

Pay by bank transfer from a UK bank account:

  • EE account number: 31012304
  • EE sort code: 40-02-50
  • Reference: your EE account number

Allow at least five working days for the payment to reach us.
