Hi
just switched from BT to EE and equipment due to be delivered today and also due to go live today, I don’t have any confirmation emails or anything.
should I have received a welcome email? Or will the details etc be included with the router?

Yes, you should receive a Welcome email giving details of your contract, like plan, price & term.

Thanks I Got most of that in the contract and pre contract docs that I downloaded during the call.
but like you say I kind of expected an email from EE with account number and next steps stuff and maybe some instructions on setting up the app etc.
i guess I’ll figure it out 🙂

Ok so I phoned and it looks like the email address was wrong, they changed it and resent the welcome email, however I can’t seem to add any of my products to the app.
is there any other emails that I should have received? Maybe something with an EEID?
I have setup a ID but it won’t let me link the products.
