I'm confused! I am a BT Broadband customer and I have now joined EE as they have merged into 1. Today we have had the new broadband installed and I have a EE login and password, the app and everything, but how do I get my emails from the web. I can not see any reference to access my emails once logged into the EE website or via the app. Do I still need to login to the BT webmail web page as this still works?

Your BT email stays with BT and is administered through your BTID. As you have found for webmail you still login from the BT website. You can also use email apps/programs on smartphones, tablets, PCs, etc.
