Hi,
I placed an order on October 12, 2024, and I’ve been waiting for an update regarding the wayleave document. Without this document being signed, the work cannot be completed.
I’ve been facing delays, and the installation has now been pushed to February 6th due to the wayleave still not being signed. I’m unsure who needs to sign it and would appreciate any help or information on the delay and what I need to do next.
Could anyone assist with this? Thank you.

@Daniel4659 Did you even open or read the link, and you have already posted that the document is sent in one of you post's earlier. And if you are not being told then it will be a Data Protection Issue, you are NOT told everything over the phone, NO one knows who you even are.

@Daniel4659 You have already iterated earlier in the post that you had supplied all the information, but that is what the form is all about, the Landlord or whoever owns the property has complete control over what/why/when and where anything applies, as you are only a tenant, what does your landlord say when you speak to them, the form may help but as the details on it are really straight forward.
