Hi,
I placed an order on October 12, 2024, and I’ve been waiting for an update regarding the wayleave document. Without this document being signed, the work cannot be completed.
I’ve been facing delays, and the installation has now been pushed to February 6th due to the wayleave still not being signed. I’m unsure who needs to sign it and would appreciate any help or information on the delay and what I need to do next.
Could anyone assist with this? Thank you.

@Daniel4659 The DSL checker or OR Checker, if you put in your postcode to the address section of either, does it allow you to get your actual mailing address. Link below to the OR Fibre checker also.

So why did you not use it when posted the results?

@Daniel4659 No one is being rude to you, but it is getting to the stage were becoming impossible to offer any further help or assistance, so you really should just wait it out and see what happens.

Openreach will not give information about wayleave document who needs to sign it so it’s a loop at the moment

But nothing can be done about it I try so many things even push it to EE manager only information he sees that they waiting for the wayleave document to come back but the problem is they won’t say where it’s gone so I can’t get it signed by the landlord or his business that’s where I am stuck at sorry but that’s where I am at the moment I wish something can be done but it can’t

- Moved from BT to EE but no documents sent for new contract and not showing on ne in Broadband & Landline
- New to EE from BT, Zoom constantly freezes in Broadband & Landline
- Persistent & Consistent DSL Drop Outs in Broadband & Landline
- Transferred from BT Broadband to EE, still unable to view account/documents in Broadband & Landline
- Wayleave document in Broadband & Landline
