Wayleave document

Hi,

I placed an order on October 12, 2024, and I’ve been waiting for an update regarding the wayleave document. Without this document being signed, the work cannot be completed.

I’ve been facing delays, and the installation has now been pushed to February 6th due to the wayleave still not being signed. I’m unsure who needs to sign it and would appreciate any help or information on the delay and what I need to do next.

Could anyone assist with this? Thank you.

Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG partial Direct In Ground.

FTTP is available and a new ONT may be ordered.

The exchange is not in a current fibre priority programme

As a WLR withdrawal exchange, product restrictions apply

SOADSL is not restricted at the exchange

For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.

For all SOADSL services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.

Actual speeds experienced by end users and quoted by CPs will be lower due to a number of factors within and external to BT's network, Communication Providers' networks and within customer premises.

In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.

If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service

ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL availability: If shown at FTTP or SOGEA premises,ADSL, ADSL2+ and SOADSL are not available to order due to WLR Withdrawal stop sell rules. CPs should order FTTP or SOGEA. Copper products are only available by exception.

Thank you for your interest

I have copied and paste it there for you

@Daniel4659   The table shows this is not a straight forward install.

Dud you use the phone number or address checker. If the address, did it show your flat, or just the whole building address?

What service did you order?

This line   Up to 330Up to 50--AvailableKCI2 Assure    shows your area has not been updated with the latest fibre equipment and the KCI2 shows a complex instal and further investigation and planning needed.

This line Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG partial Direct In Ground.   is not showing the building contains flats and that there is no complete path to deliver service.

HTH.

you mean the work won’t be done as Openreach won’t tell me anything I got wait till tomorrow for the EE manager

Dud you use the phone number or address checker. If the address, did it show your flat, or just the whole building address?

Did you order online or over the phone or in a shop?

Was just showing that

nothing about the building or flat

I spoken too BT they told me document was sent on the 4th December no idea where like as they won’t tell you

OK, the more you say and don't answer my questions, the more concerned I am getting.

Is this a new block of flats, or an older building converted to flats?

Either way if you are not finding your flat number in the checker the less likley it is you will ever get a service.

If the checker does not have your flat number it would mean that the builder/landlord/developer has not registered the change with the Post Office address database.
