Was changed from another provider, but EE won't setup my account

Hi,

EE took over my Broadband from another provider and I've been back and forth with them for months on setting up my Broadband account. It's constantly "Your account will be setup shortly" "It will just take a while" "I've setup another account number" But no... nothing actually works, so I have no way to see any of my bills and the only "account" linked to my email address has no Broadband linked to it and when I try to do it myself it says the account number I was given doesn't exist and stops there.

How do I get in touch with someone who will actually fix this, not just throw another account number/delay tactic at me? Thank you

Your BB a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

Does the a/c no. you were given start with 'GB'?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
