Want to switch to back to BT

My broadband contract is about to run out this March and I want to change back to BT but I can never get hold of EE everytime I try to ring I'm on the phone for ages and no one answers the phone what can I do ?

If you want to migrate to another ISP you should apply directly to them under the One Touch Switch process & not contact your current ISP.. However I doubt if BT will accept you back as it's part of the same group.

@DavidMitch91 Try the OTS and see if BT is an option for a supplier when you do that!

@DavidMitch91 once you switch from BT to EE they won't allow you to revert back to BT.

@David Well let me go tell my neighbour who is/was BT forced to EE and then BT switched him back, and that was i will say 3 months ago, always a BT customer to start with AND STILL is after EE tried it all, 3 EE Routers and 2 BT Routers and a whole mess in between!!!

@JimM11 : That may have been a special case of EE BB failing to satisfy neighbour & they putting him back to how he was to rectify things, not an end-of-contract move,

@XRaySpeX Appears so, EE to BT not available as a switch, but good to see sky to BT is available thankfully!
