My board band contract ends, I received a SMS mentioned Email sent to me for returning router. However, I cant find it, so I dont have the QR code to send it back. What can I do next? Thx

@Kristinaliu Call EE CS and have them redo the message and the email to you. Also check your Junk/Spam e-mails just in case that is where it went.
