How do I view my bill?  Not sure why I'm finding such a simple task so difficult!

@Suehelen If you can log into your EE ID, and your account shows the bills and payments option, from there you can preview and download past bills.

We have been trying for 6 weeks to view our mobile and broadband accounts on MY EE, having spent several hours on the phone to the so called excellent customer service we are told that the account we had with BT has not yet been linked to the My EE so we cannot see any bills particularly as the prices and DD seem to be changing each month. They send us emails with links but we never received them, this is greatly frustrating and we are currently in the 45th minute of another call awaiting for a customer service operator to take the call.....

Hi Chris,

After 1 hour ten minutes on the phone we were being told that to get paper invoices in the absence of being able to review them online that it would cost us £2.50 each time following our dissatisfaction of this we were eventually put through to a technician who then investigated and came up with the same conclusion that our account had still not been linked with the move from BT.

He also found, following attempts to email us with the link, that because our BT account had not been linked to our EE account that the emails that EE had been sending were all going into limbo which he could not fix, and until this has been rectified we would not receive EE emails or access to our Bills, but he has raised it upwards in the technical side and it will take anything up to another 7 days to be actioned. 

We will not be advised when it will or has been done and will need to log on everyday to see if it has. If it is not done in a week's time we will be back to square one spending hours trying to get customer service to resolve and going through it all again.

You have done the right thing reporting this to our tech guides, once the ticket has been raised this will be investigated with the relevant team.

6 MONTHS ON AND I STILL CANNOT VIEW MY BILL - OBVIOUSLY WEB SITE IS NOT WORKING
