VPN Forticleint VPN issues disconnections from works europe server

I am having an odd issue with the FortiClient VPN that my work uses. I have used it in other jobs before, but since I am back on EE and BT, it is constantly disconnecting from the Europe server. Is this an issue specifically with BT consumer connections that could be causing these disconnections? I am using V 7.4.7.2003 - Mature  if that matters, oddly the same vpn works fine from office but we are hybrid three days at home and it does work but just disconnects after x period

Just to add I am on FTTP 900Mb Full Fibre to the premis

Thanks for coming to our community. 

If it's just the VPN connection that is causing you an issue and your broadband is otherwise working ok, it may be difficult for our technical team to investigate. 

We have some knowledgeable users on our forum who may be able to offer some advice. If not, it may be worth giving our team a call so they can check everything is working as it should be on our side.
