No matter which way I try to contact EE, everything is automated and none of the options allow me to ask for a QR code to return requested equipment. Checked texts and emails and I have the requests to return a wifi disc, but no QR code has been sent.
Are there still any humans working for EE that can help ?

If all your haven't yet received your QR code, just give us a ring on the number found on the Return and recycle your EE Broadband or EE TV products page provided by @Northerner and we'll sort it. Press option 2 as the first option, followed by option 2 for Broadband queries.

Thank you, I have and nothing there, plus the chasing emails are coming through fine. Ive tried the link you gave, but nothing directs you to get a QR code or a human connection.

Try getting a return bag instead by calling 0330 123 1105 for 1.
