Just installed the smart hub pro few days ago. Paying extra but no difference. Also for day been trying to set up the WiFi pro extender and no joy. Absolutely dreadful waste of time company. I’ll be cancelling all my products. This topic is a warning. If you wanna take out the pro products don’t be conned. Absolute laughing stock of a company. I’m doing my best to spread the word on social media how bad they are.

@Futumch It does not get any simpler than the post just in case you jumped over it.

"EE do offer a chargeable guide service, and that would be by far the best way to get someone out, have a look see and recommend what needs to be done."  Just give EE CS a call and arrange.

Straight off would query WHY the Ethernet connected device is only showing 1000mb/s i thought that all those devices had 2.5Gb/s nic ports, on both Router and smart wireless devices. but may just be the way that the web interface shows unless you have a switch in between.

Good spot. I suspect it's an aesthetical error/bug as I see the same and the backhaul is definitely negotiating at 2.5GbE (I do have a switch inbetween but the switch is also 2.5GbE).

@bobpullen There is just always something, no matter how easy / difficult they try to make it, will ignore the error now until confirmed at least it is showing correctly. Thanks for posting up.

Cant say i have had any issues with the Pro products, Smart Hub Pro setup was effortless and even the EE App migrated across my existing data from the Smart Hub Plus ( Groups / Device Names etc) with no issues. Pro Extender i reset out of the box then plugged it in via ethernet cable to the Hub and within a minute the light was Aqua and up and running. Kept an eye on the app as it kept saying the extender was too close but once i found a good spot it has been happily accepting connections from the kids devices ( Phones / Xboxes ) upstairs with no complaints.  5 days uptime so far with no real problems so far (apart from DDNS status) 👍
