Hi my WiFi signal seems to be getting worse my download speed is what ee says it will be but my upload speed is slower than a week in jail I can’t even get a video to load on YouTube or get my ps to work online properly

If you would like help with your BB speed or connection issues, please would you carry out the following steps for starters, which will enable us to diagnose the problem and advise you further. Do not restart your router to do these tests:
1. Post your full router stats:
Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
2. Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.
3. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

Any idea as to why my broadband upload speed is shockingly slow I’m getting 0.47/0.59 maximum speed it’s took me 5 minutes to get this forum page to load up ivd done all the tests ee say to do and it’s still the same if not worse

Done all this 3 times over the last 8 days and it’s still the same even when I do a wired connection it’s still slower than a week in jail

anyone got an email for ee broadband I’m not with them as a mobile contract customer only my wifi and it seems my only way of communicating with them is by texting 60071 to then be told I’m not an ee mobile customer? I just want my upload speed sorted or my contract cancelled months this had went on for I spoke to one person who said they would be in touch within the day and that was way back in august

@Brianbuckham , there is no email to communicate with EE, but here are ways to contact EE:

There is a free number there and you should not be asked for your mobile number.
