I have been sent an email to upgrade my broadband as my contract is about to run out, but not sure how I do it when the 150 service is sending me in circles, think it’s out of order or something. I have to do this, this week as I been told I have to do it by this Thursday 13th June. Why is this so complicated?

Hi @Jill601 what issues are you having?
I just tried call 0330 123 1105 option 2 for broadband then option 2 billing and got through OK, although it take longer to initially connect than usual, but still only a few seconds.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

Hi Mustram, sorry for the delay in replying as I had to go out quickly afterwards.
i eventually got through on 0800 0790357.
It was before I read your reply, although I was in a queue for 30 mins, I did get sorted. The 150 number kept sending me a link to get through, although the text triggered a link which just told me the service was out of order.
Thank you for your reply though, and I have kept a note of the number as it may be faster in future.
