For over a month now we have been trying to upgrade.
I spend much of my life now on to 150, either waiting for an answer or them telling me they know what they are doing and ordering full fibre at twice the price for a new customer
Nothing happens for a few days and then they tell me there is a technical fault that is some sort of secret and we need to start again.
Sorely tempted to give up and go to Sky or Virgin.
Is it me?
