I need help, i upgrade my EE account with discounted broadband and i was so shocked that i did not receive any broadband equipment since December and i was charged cor full lines and devices separately and in addition to tve broadband charge which i did not receive.
i tried to call to explain that was not the deal and the agent insisted that was explained and asked me if i am not happy i have to return the devices which i already been used for 3 months . I am not sure what to do as i have been told that i will get discounts if i upgrade mobile and broadband together then i was surprised that i was charge full . Please help

@Ghanim : What devices are you being separately charged for?
What BB router did you have before you upgraded? Maybe you can use & EE expects you to use that.

I upgraded for a broadband and mobile phones deal as a package deal which give discount for the i phone devices and EE broad band , the i was charged for Full iphone decices without any discounts as it was mentioned before i swich to this deal . Also still did not receive any broadband equipment and a i was chaged gor it
