I've tried the phone numbers.
I listen to the options and when I pick the 2nd option for my broadband, I get asked for the number I'm calling about.
I don't have an EE number. I'm still waiting to get the broadband installed.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

@Beebeegallacher Are you calling them about option 2 for mobile or mobile broadband?
