I have a domain chryselwood.ca that I can't access using an EE broadband connection unless I use a vpn. I'm able to access the site on the mobile network with no issues. what am I missing?

I can easily access chryselwood.ca (Whites Lane Solar System Info ) over EE Full Fibre BB.
Do you get any error msg when you try?

Hi @CCINS
You posted this same message 2 years ago on BT forums. Works for me same as @XRaySpeX .
Run the site via ChatGPT or equivalent and try the following prompt.
You are a UK web filtering and mobile network content-classification expert.
Analyse why the website insert site would be blocked by EE mobile data in the UK.
Explain:
Whether the block is caused by website code, scripts, or security issues (be explicit if it is not).
How EE’s Content Lock / Adult Content Filter works and what categories typically trigger it.
What specific on-site content, wording, navigation structure, or page themes would cause EE to classify the site as blocked (e.g. alcohol, nightlife, age-restricted language).
Clarify what is not causing the block (malware, SSL, cookies, GDPR banners, etc.).
Provide practical, real-world solutions, including:
EE reclassification / review process
User-side workarounds
Optional wording or structural changes to reduce false positives
Write the response in plain English, suitable for a site owner or business user (not a developer), and be definitive and confident rather than speculative.
Do not invent specific lines of HTML or JavaScript unless they are verifiably present; instead explain how content classifiers work in practice.
Structure the answer with clear headings and prioritise the most effective fix.
Thanks

Interesting - where are you? I'm in Newark Notts. I can only get that response with connection VPN. Without the VPN it times out as do Ping's. Trace routes don't resolve. I have a EE-HUB Router (DNS 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)

Interesting response from ChatGPT. I created this site many years ago using old school Html. Accessing the domain is the issue. According to my domain host everything is correct. I have only had this issue since moving to EE-Fibre and would like to not need a VPN connection to access my domain.

Hi @CCINS
Do you have any content blocks active on your account.
Some of the old code maybe causing false positives.
Thanks

@Northerner : This is not mobile data but BB. Accordingly it's not Content Lock but might be Parental Controls vis app

the DNS on the router is not the Google ones - they are:
Primary DNS 81.139.56.100 Secondary DNS 81.139.57.100
I've changed the device to use the router DNS - problem still occurs
