@WillBri22483 Do you mean your BB connection, or just the landline phone operation side off it all? Are you on a digital landline back of an EE/BT Router, or still connected the phone to an OR Master socket?

Report it to EE by texting PHONE to 66033 & they will test your line..

@XRaySpeX Does the phone to 66033 work for all the EE different types of voice connections or only on DV?
