Two bills after move from BT?

Hi

BT just "sold" me to EE. I just got bill on EE app and it's the same like every month with BT. But...BT sent me email that my bill for this month is ready as well. My BT app doesn't work since few days, I think because of that switch to EE. And I can't check if the really made a bill. But if they did it- should I expect double bill this month 😬😡????!!!!

@modelarz Depending on the billing cycles between the EE and the BT account's then you should expect BT too return credit to your bank if you still have a DD account and not closed that! Usually takes about 60 day's after you were moved to EE, all about it in the help, will find and link. Below for you!

@modelarz You are supposed to have full access to all your BT Billing for 1 year after BT move you to EE, so go have a look at your MyBT and see why!, refund off the BT should be on it's way back to your account!

I logged in by website and I can see that last bill from BT is £ 0, 00. I have no idea why BT app is off, but it seems that I will pay standard bill like usually. Thanks for the answer.
