Hi there can anyone help me get connected again was a little late on my bill this month got disconnected yesterday, paid today but still not back on. Please help

After your payment has been received, all services should be reconnected within 24 hours, although usually it's much quicker than this.
If you still don't have access to your services after this point, then please speak to the broadband team directly so they can check your account.
