Trying to verify account to link broadband

pauln62
Explorer

I am a customer that has been passed over from plusnet. I have registered an account and I want to link my broadband to the account. The problem is the only verification phone number available (even though the correct one is on my account details) is an old one I no longer have. How do I get my new number into the system so it's available to use for verification?verify.png

Thank you for the reply, I was hoping there was some way of sorting it out without a phonecall which I find difficult.
