Top box constantly not working and needs rebooting. This is my second box and is worse than the first one. Internet since going to fibre is intermittant. Top box keeps saying not connected even with a cable. Cannot access website or app, just says blocked been listening to 150 on the phone for about an hour. Get a better mobile signal from France and Belgium than here in the UK. I could go on. Box froze on start set up and even after reboot freezes at same point.

@jochster Have you tried restarting the router? If the TV box says no connection even with a cable then it’s not the TV box that’s the issue.

What device is the top box? Do you mean a WiFi Extender?
