I get a EE hub sent to my place now, and I found there is a master socket in my place. But I can't plug broadband into the master socket at home because the connector type doesn't match. What should I do?

@noarijwqk2isk2 have you been told your service is live yet?
What service did you order?

will be live tomorrow, and I ordered broadband, and it said”Your order is being processed. Your plan details will appear once you're all set up at home.“

Let's see the front of that.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@noarijwqk2isk2 there are multiple types of broadband and routers - yet you have not given me one detailed answer.

Have you just moved to this property?
Has it had broadband before?
