This company is by far every bit as good as BT and they where crap. App always undergoing maintenance constantly running back and forward to the shop to sort things as the so called tech guys can never sort anything. Should have stayed with fibrus. WiFi never shows what's currently using the WiFi. Things that are using the WiFi showing they're not connected

If you have any issues with your technical connection I would contact tech support - remember you catch more flies with honey though
